FACtt gives you the ability to automatically upload a file to your accounting system containing your telephone bill allocation and payment information.
Both large telephone bills, received in electronic format and small paper bills are processed, allocated and uploaded to accounting in the same manner. Large numbers of small bills can be processed and batched together, then uploaded to accounting systems.
Allocation information is stored in the database for auditing, analysis and reporting.
FACtt eliminates the need for accounting to manually enter individual bills into the accounts payable system - reducing effort, data-entry errors and late payment charges!
